Booking and confirmation
A transfer is confirmed only in writing, subject to vehicle availability and route feasibility. The fare applies to the confirmed vehicle class, date, time, route and passenger/luggage details.
Fares and waiting
Fares include vehicle, driver, fuel and applicable taxes/fees. Tolls, parking, extra stops and waiting beyond the free period may be charged if stated before confirmation. Airport waiting: 60 minutes from landing; other pickups: 15 minutes from schedule.
Cancellation, refunds and no-show
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Later cancellation may be charged up to 50%; within 2 hours or after dispatch may be charged in full. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5 business days. No-show after the free waiting period and failed contact may be charged in full.
Changes and complaints
Changes depend on availability and may change the fare. Send complaints with your booking number to contact@futuretechonetwork.com; we reply within 10 business days. You may apply to the consumer protection authority and/or court under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10.06.2023.
Data and licensing
Personal data is processed under Law of Ukraine No. 3624-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 25.04.2024; see our Privacy Policy. We do not claim a transport licence unless actually held and verifiable under Law of Ukraine No. 222-VIII 'On Licensing of Types of Economic Activity' dated 02.03.2015.
