Pre-booked dispatch, confirmed before you travel

Every intercity transfer starts with a written request. Dispatch reviews the corridor, assigns a driver and a vehicle class, then confirms the fixed fare and pickup window in reply. No card details are taken on this page.

  1. 01 Send the requestPickup city, drop-off city, date, time, passenger count, luggage, and preferred vehicle class.
  2. 02 Dispatch reviewWe check driver availability on that route and confirm the class. If the exact model varies, it stays inside the booked class.
  3. 03 Fare and extras in writingTolls, parking, waiting time, extra stops, night surcharges and cross-border fees appear with the quote before you confirm.
  4. 04 Driver and meet pointThe assigned driver, pickup window, and a reachable contact number arrive with the dispatch confirmation.

Submitting the form sends you straight to the thank-you page, which records that your request reached dispatch. Journey times are estimates and may shift with traffic, weather, road conditions, or checkpoints.

Submitting this form is a request, not a confirmed reservation. A dispatcher replies with the final price, including tolls, parking, waiting time and any night surcharge.
