Data and use
We collect your name, phone, email, trip details and messages. We use them to quote, book, dispatch drivers and operators, support you, handle complaints and meet legal duties. We also use cookie data where consented.
Grounds and sharing
Processing is based on consent, contract performance, legal obligations and legitimate interests. We share data only with drivers/operators fulfilling your ride, IT providers, advisers and authorities where required. We do not sell data.
Retention and security
We keep data only as long as needed for these purposes and law. We apply technical and organisational safeguards against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
Your rights
Under Law of Ukraine No. 3624-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 25.04.2024, you may access, rectify, erase, restrict, object and withdraw consent. You may complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or a court.
Legal framework
We comply with Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 03.09.2015 and Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10.06.2023. Registration details are published under Law of Ukraine No. 755-IV 'On State Registration of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Associations' dated 15.05.2003.

Contact us first. You may apply to the consumer protection authority and/or court under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10.06.2023.
