2. Service
We arrange pre-booked private chauffeur transfers between cities with a professional driver and a confirmed vehicle. We do not run scheduled routes. Any licence or permit is stated only where actually held and verifiable under Law of Ukraine No. 222-VIII 'On Licensing of Types of Economic Activity' dated 02.03.2015.
3. Booking
A request sent by form, email or phone is not a contract. The contract is concluded when we send written confirmation naming the vehicle and the final price. Before that we provide our identity, address, contact details, service characteristics, price including taxes and fees, and the cancellation and complaint terms required by Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10.06.2023.
4. Prices and fees
Prices are quoted per transfer in UAH unless stated otherwise and include applicable taxes and fees. Extra charges (waiting, tolls, parking, night hours, border handling) are disclosed before confirmation.
5. Waiting and no-show
Waiting is free for 15 minutes at a city address and 60 minutes after landing at an airport. Later waiting is charged at the disclosed hourly rate. A no-show after the free period is charged in full.
6. Cancellation
Free of charge more than 24 hours before pickup; 50% between 24 and 6 hours; 100% within 6 hours. Refunds go to the original payment method.
7. Passengers
You must give accurate pickup details, carry valid documents and behave lawfully. Child seats must be requested in advance. Smoking and alcohol are not permitted in the vehicle.
8. Cross-border travel
Cross-border transfers are available only if confirmed in writing. The passenger carries a valid passport and any visa the route requires; we may refuse travel if those documents are invalid.
9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the price of the affected transfer, except where Ukrainian law provides otherwise. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, border control or force majeure.
10. Complaints and disputes
Send complaints to contact@futuretechonetwork.com or the address above; we reply within 30 calendar days. You may also apply to the consumer protection authority and/or a court under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10.06.2023.
