Each row in the ledger shows the from-price, the estimated travel time, the distance, the vehicle class and the luggage capacity in the same order, so a pre-booked chauffeur transfer between Ukrainian cities can be compared without guesswork.

From-price is the lowest fixed rate for the booked class with standard luggage. Tolls, parking, extra stops, waiting time, night surcharges and cross-border fees are listed separately before you confirm.
Duration is an estimate only. Traffic, weather, road conditions and checkpoint queues can extend it.
Vehicle class is a category, not a guaranteed exact model. The assigned car stays within the class you booked.
Dispatch confirms the driver and the meet point after booking. This is a scheduled service, not an on-demand taxi.

Every extra charge appears before you confirm

Tolls, parking, waiting time, extra stops, night hours and border formalities sit in the same ledger as the route price, so the amount you confirm is the amount you pay.

Road tolls: Charged at the rate printed on the operator receipt. Most intercity corridors on the ledger carry no toll at all.; At cost
Parking: Billed at the meter or garage tariff at the pickup point, the drop-off point, or both when the driver waits on site.; At meter rate
Waiting time: The first 30 minutes from the scheduled pickup minute are free. After that the hourly rate below applies, charged per started hour.; UAH 200 per hour
Extra stops: An additional stop inside the pickup or drop-off city, agreed with dispatch before departure and added to the route total.; UAH 150 per stop
Night surcharge: Applies to pickups scheduled between 22:00 and 06:00, calculated on the base fare rather than the full total.; 15% of base fare
Border fees: Checkpoint charges and third-party handling fees pass through at cost, itemised on the invoice and collected on arrival.; At cost, itemised
